COCOON - a seasonal rest retreat

Thu 4th-Sun 7th Feb 2027
Malthouse, Somerset

Join me in the pause between seasons
& create space for what is beginning to unfurl

Come gather in the portal between winter & spring for a few sweet days where nothing is expected of you except to rest, breathe and be.

Nestled in a beautiful home in the Somerset countryside, just 20mins away from Bath, this intimate retreat brings together just 10 guests for a long weekend of slow mornings, nourishing yoga, delicious seasonal food & meaningful connection.

An invitation for existing rest lovers, curious tired bodies & teachers seeking to weave more restorative practices into your classes from embodied experience.

Experience a range of grounding practices designed to support sensing what true rest feels like in your body, while gathering ways you can thread these practices into everyday life.

OUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND

We’ll be staying in a large Grade II listed home in the heart of the village, tucked away in a private courtyard.

We have 2 lounges to rest into, soaking up views of the gorgeous garden and beyond, with reading nooks a plenty. We’ll share meals in a warm communal dining space, with fireplaces to keep things cosy.

Practices take place in a nearby village hall to keep things spacious for building rest nests.

*Please note, the property dates back to the 1500s (!), reach out with any access needs or considerations before booking.

FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD
Beyond excited to be joined by chef & author Sophie Gordon.

Sophie is an absolute gem of a human, and her food is incredible!
Think platters of eggs, yoghurt, granola and homemade bread to start the day, an abundant seasonal feast for dinner with delicious side dishes & divine deserts, with generous afternoon snacks in-between.

This will be our 4th retreat together and I couldn’t be more excited.
